Skills.
We're looking for a number of DevOps Engineers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Experience with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Cloud Infrastructure. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Openshift, including Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Containerisation. Familiarity with Docker and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Version Control. Experience using Git for branching, peer reviews, and collaborative development.
- Basic Programming. Knowledge of Python or PowerShell, Linux scripting, and networking.

Experience.
Technical Expertise:
You should have hands-on experience in one or more of these areas, or related technical fields like networking or sys admin, along with the drive to learn and grow. We're looking for experience with:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Use of AWS for cloud infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
- Containerisation & Orchestration: Built around Docker and the Kubernetes ecosystem, including deployment and management of clusters using EKS.
- GitOps: Integral to continuous delivery workflows, specifically through ArgoCD, driven by strong proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines managed via GitLab.
- Virtualisation & Baremetal: Incorporates traditional VMware environments and direct Baremetal deployments for specific performance or security requirements.
- Automation & Scripting: Key, primarily using Python or PowerShell within Linux environments.
